Shipping Policy All shipments will be made utilizing USPS Priority Mail and quoted at checkout. Our flat-rate standard shipping applies to all shipments to the U.S. including Hawaii and Alaska, APO/FPO locations and U.S. territories. Shipping rates not valid on international or express shipping. Unfortunately, Sweet Caroline's Boutique does not ship internationally at this time. All international orders will be cancelled immediately with a credit issued for the full amount of the purchase. Sweet Caroline's Boutique will not be responsible for merchandise lost or damaged during shipping.
Returns and Exchanges For personalized items, please make sure that you have carefully selected the correct item and size and added the correct personalization information, as personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless we have shipped out a wrong product or grossly misrepresented the product. All non-personalized items can be returned or exchanged for store credit only at our discretion. Items on sale, marked down items, or specials cannot be returned. Shipping cost of returned/exchanged items will be the reponsibility of the buyer to Sweet Caroline's Boutique, as well as, the shipping cost back to the buyer.
