Sweet Caroline Boutique is pleased to provide you with a convenient layaway plan. Preordered items are purchased in advanced and reserved before the season collection has been launched. Once the item is in stock, we will then ship it to you. Preorders assure that you will reserve the item before it sells out.
To take advantage of our layaway program, please add the preorder items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Upon checkout, please redeem the code PREORDER and 75% of your total will be deducted. Payment of 25% is required to hold your product(s). You will then have up to 90 days (3 months) to pay the remaining balance. Layaway Options for preorder items only: - Pay 25% down and balance in 1 Month - Redeem code PREORDER at checkout

PayPal, credit cards, checks, or money orders are accepted for payment. An additional 25% of the balance is due within 30 days of the date your order was placed. If the full 50% deposit is not received within 30 days from the date of order, your order will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. Any layaway payments or deposits WILL NOT not be refunded, or canceled. No part of your order will be shipped until the account is paid in full. A product may become unavailable or placed on back order at any time during the layaway period. If this happens we will notify you immediately and adjust the order difference, issue an in-store credit, or you may choose another item in its place. Your store credit will be good for up to 60 days, and can be used in-store or on the web. Any promotions, coupons, or layaway specials will be applied after the initial deposit is made. An invoice will be sent to you on the 1st of each month with a final invoice showing when your order is paid in full. Since Layaways take away the availability of merchandise up to 90-days from other customers - these policies will be strictly enforced. Merchandise deleted from layaway orders before paid in full will be returned for in-store credit only. Other Returns on Layaway Items shall be for in-store credit only. If an item on Layaway is returned, goes on sale, the customer will only receive a credit for the current Sale Price. No returns on Layaway Seasonal (Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving/Fall, or Christmas/Holiday) items within 45 Days of specified holiday. Size exchanges will permitted based on availability. The PREORDER coupon can only be applied to pre-ordered items that are marked as preordered items. If you want to purchase items other than pre-order items, you must shop and check out separately for those products. Any regular items on pre-orders, where the PREORDER or DISCOUNT coupon is used will not be shipped and any payments made will be applied to your pre-order ONLY. Please check your total before confirming your order. If you FAIL to enter the PREORDER coupon at checkout - the layaway plan WILL NOT be applied. Should this happen, we will not issue a refund. Your PREORDER will simply be considered as Paid In Full. By redeeming the coupon code PREORDER or DISCOUNT at checkout - you are agreeing to the terms & conditions as stated in our layaway policies. We are not responsible for manufacturer shipping delays of pre-ordered items. Manufacturer or designer delays in shipping are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will notify you directly if any manufacturer delays are anticipated, and keep you informed based on information that is given to us by the manufacturer. If an item you have pre ordered is not shipped to us by the manufacturer, your payment will be refunded and you will be notified.
